摘要
选用25份大葱材料,采用正常的14.0 mmol·L^-1和低氮的2.8 mmol·L^-12种氮素水平的营养液进行水培处理,对大葱苗期耐低氮能力进行综合评价,筛选快速评价大葱苗期耐低氮能力的指标,以期为大葱苗期耐低氮性鉴定提供参考。结果表明,25份大葱材料对低氮环境的反应存在程度不同的差异。根据耐低氮性将供试材料分为3类,天明一本、鲁葱杂1号、鞭葱、冀葱1号、酒井大葱、日本冬悦和烧葱等7个品种为耐低氮型品种;辽葱8号、宝冠元藏、元藏、冀葱2号、巨葱王、新葱2号、章丘大梧桐和青叶1号等8个品种为中度耐低氮型品种;章丘铁杆、旱葱1号、青杂2号、鲁葱杂5号、辽葱16-12、铁杆梧桐王、岭白大葱、寒丰巨葱90白、昌邑秋宝和独根巨葱等10个品种为低氮敏感型品种。筛选出相对地上部干质量、相对根冠比、相对地下部鲜质量、相对根长、相对茎粗和相对地上部氮素含量可作为大葱苗期耐低氮性评价指标。
Selecting 25 Chinese onion materials and adopting nutrient solutions with 2 nitrogen levels,one of normal 14.0 mmol·L^-1 and the other of mionectic 2.8 mmol·L^-1,this experiment conducted hydroponic treatment and comprehensive evaluation on low nitrogen tolerance of Chinese onion in seedling stage,and screened out indicators for quickly evaluating low-nitrogen-tolerant Chinese onion in seedling stage,hoping to provide references for identification of low-nitrogen-tolerant Chinese onions in seedling stage.The results showed that there were different differences in 25 Chinese onion materials’responses to low nitrogen environment.According to the abilities of low nitrogen resistance,the test materials were divided into 3 categories.Seven varieties of‘Tianmingyiben’,‘Lucongza No.1’,‘Biancong’,‘Jicong No.1’,‘Jiujingdacong’,‘Ribendongyue’and‘Shaocong’were tolerant to low nitrogen.Eight varieties including‘Liaocong No.8’,‘Baoguanyuanzang’,‘Yuanzang’,‘Jicong No.2’,‘Jucongwang’,‘Xincong No.2’,‘Zhangqiudawutong’and‘Qingye No.1’were moderate low-nitrogen-tolerant varieties.‘Zhangqiutiegan’,‘Hancong No.1’,‘Qingza No.2’,‘Lucongza No.5’,‘Liaocong 16-12’,‘Tieganwutongwang’,‘Lingbaidacong’,‘Hanfengjucong 90 bai’,‘Changyiqiubao’and‘Dugenjucong’,etc.10 varieties were low nitrogen sensitive varieties.The screened out relative shoot dry weight,relative root-shoot ratio,relative root fresh weight,relative root length,relative stem diameter,and relative shoot nitrogen content could be indicators for evaluating low-nitrogen-tolerance of Chinese onion in seedling stage.
