摘要
从生态位的理论出发对高职院校教师科研能力调查发现,教师所处的科研生态环境存在诸多不足之处,科研经费投入欠缺、科研管理制度僵化、科研氛围缺乏,教师群体所产生的科研成果水平偏低,学习缺乏系统性、科研实践能力薄弱、科研创新能力缺乏。文章提出高职教师科研能力的生态位扩充策略、分化策略及协同创新策略。
Based on Niche Theory,the scientific research capability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is investigated.It is found that there are many shortcomings in the research environment of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of investment in scientific research,the rigid scientific research management system,the lack of scientific research atmosphere,the low level of scientific research achievement produced by teachers,the lack of systematic study,the weak scientific research practice capability and the lack of scientific research innovation capability.This paper puts forward Niche Extension strategy,differentiation strategy and cooperative innovation strategy for the scientific research capability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
