摘要
针对3贾卡经编机因贾卡梳栉数目增加导致提花信息数据量增大而无法直接应用现有贾卡提花控制系统的问题,深入研究现有贾卡经编机的梳栉配制和提花控制系统,通过将RDPJ4/2经编机上地梳的配制方式调整成贾卡梳,设计RDPJ4/3型双针床3贾卡梳栉配制方案,并基于两级总线式系统架构和组合式贾卡控制单元设计经编3贾卡提花控制系统。对动态数据刷新时序进行升级,解决3贾卡偏置角度个数增加导致双缓冲数据堆栈空间不足的问题。最后在调试组装的RDPJ4/3型经编机上成功设计并编织一款双针床3贾卡经编产品。
In order to solve the problem that the three jacquard warp knitting machine can not directly apply the existing jacquard control system due to the increase of jacquard guide bars,the guide bar configuration and jacquard control system of the existing jacquard warp knitting machine are deeply studied.The configuration scheme of three jacquard guide bar for RDPJ4/3 double needle bar is designed by adjusting the configuration mode of the ground guide bar on the RDPJ4/2 warp knitting machine to jacquard gudie bar,and the warp knitting three jacquard control system is designed based on the two-stage bus system architecture and combined jacquard control unit.The dynamic data refresh timing is upgraded to solve the problem of insufficient double buffered data stack space caused by the increase of the number of offset angles of three jacquard.Finally,a double needle bar three jacquard warp knitting product is successfully designed and knitted on the debugged and assembled RDPJ4/3 warp knitting machine.
