摘要
[目的]采用高效液相色谱法测定五氟磺草胺和苯噻酰草胺复配制剂的含量。[方法]采用甲醇和水(pH=3.0)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,使用Wondasil-C18不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在254 nm波长下测定五氟磺草胺和苯噻酰草胺的含量。[结果]方法标准偏差分别为0.023和0.046,相对标准偏差分别为0.5%和0.07%。平均回收率分别为99.64%和99.99%,线性相关系数分别为0.9944和0.9989。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Aims]This study aims to develop a method for the determination of composition of penoxsulam and mefenacet by HPLC.[Methods]The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water(pH=3.0)and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.A column packed with Wondasil-C18 and UV detector with wavelength at 254 nm were used.[Results]For penoxsulam,the standard deviation,the relative standard deviation,the average recovery and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.023,0.5%,99.64%and 0.9944,respectively.For mefenacet,the standard deviation,the relative standard deviation,the average recovery and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.046,0.07%,99.99%and 0.9989,respectively.[Conclusions]The method has the characteristics of simplicity,rapidity,high precision,accuracy and good linear relationship.
