摘要
历史街区的活力是发展和传承历史街区文脉的途径;探究历史街区活力及其影响因素有利于历史街区更好的发展与保护。该研究通过使用空间句法、百度热力图、各网站相关评论数据提取、Python提取店铺POI点等要素,对昆明老街街区活力进行研究。研究可知街区以文明街和光华街、人民中路与东风西路可达性较好;昆明老街内部活力街区活力不够,人流量稀少;老街商业分布主要是正义路和东风西路一带,街区内部商业组成较少;老街商业结构有待重组、特色建筑需要持续保护和适当开放、街区整体性应加强,交通连续性需要改善。该研究为昆明老街未来的规划和发展提供了思路和方法。
The vitality of historical blocks is the way to develop and inherit the context of historical blocks.Exploring the vitality of historical districts and its influencing factors is conducive to the better development of historical districts.We study the vitality of the old streets of Kunming by using spatial syntax,Baidu thermal map,relevant website data extraction,and Python extraction of POI points.The study shows that the neighborhoods of Wenhua Street and Guanghua Street,Renmin Middle Road and Dongfeng West Road have good accessibility,the vitality of the inner street of Kunming old street is not enough,and the flow of people is scarce.The commercial distribution of old street is mainly in the area of Zhengyi Road and Dongfeng West Road.The commercial composition of the neighborhood is less.The commercial structure of old street needs to be reorganized,the special buildings need to be continuously protected and properly opened,the integrity of the block should be strengthened,and the continuity of traffic needs to be improved.This research provides ideas and methods for the future planning and development of Kunming old street.
