摘要
采用图像分析法测量非织造布的孔隙率和孔径,测试了非织造布的透气性。结果表明,非织造布的透气性和孔隙尺寸密切关联,孔隙尺寸越大,其透气性越好。透气性随着非织造布的厚度和面密度的增加呈非线性下降。
The Image processing method was used to measure the porosity and pore size of nonwovens,and the air permeability of nonwoven samples were tested.The results showed that the air permeability of nonwovens were closely related to their pore size.The larger the pore size was,the better the air permeability was.The air permeability decreased nonlinearly with the increase of thickness and weight of nonwovens.The influence of surface density on air permeability was greater than that of thickness.
