摘要
常规滑溜水降阻剂在生产中会对地层水及环境产生一定的影响,为此,开展了低伤害滑溜水体系实验。采用易降解的生物柴油作为油相制备了一种环保型滑溜水降阻剂,选择配伍性能良好的小分子阳离子防膨剂和氟碳类助排剂组成滑溜水体系。长宁区块地表水与返排液组成的混合水配制,无絮凝、沉淀现象发生,降阻剂、防膨剂和助排剂的质量分数分别为0.1%、1.0%和0.5%。动态减阻评价实验表明,降阻率为73.2%,表面张力为22.18 mN/m,岩心伤害率低于常规滑溜水。在长宁区块NH8-5井现场试验显示,施工压力平稳,施工排量12.6 m3/min。降阻剂溶解速度快、降阻率高,达到了在线连续混配施工要求。
Conventional slide water drag reducer will have certain influence on formation water and environment in production.Therefore,the low damage slide water system experiment is carried out.A kind of environmental-friendly sliding water drag reducer was prepared by using easily degradable biodiesel as oil phase.The sliding water system was composed of small molecule cationic anti swelling agent with good compatibility and fluorocarbon drainage aid.The mixture of surface water and backflow liquid in Changning block is prepared without flocculation and sedimentation.The mass fractions of drag reducing agent,anti-swelling agent and drainage aid are 0.1%,1.0%and 0.5%,respectively.The dynamic drag reduction evaluation experiment shows that the drag reduction rate is 73.2%,the surface tension is 22.18 mN/m,and the core damage rate is lower than that of conventional slick water.The field test of well NH8-5 in Changning block shows that the construction pressure is stable and the construction displacement is 12.6 m3/min.The drag reducer has the advantages of fast dissolving speed and high drag reduction rate,which meets the requirements of online continuous mixing construction.
