摘要
[目的]调查罗汉果果期实蝇发生规律,对比4种不同引诱剂对罗汉果实蝇的诱捕效果。[方法]定期收集非诱捕试验区固定区域被实蝇危害的虫果,统计数量,带回实验室饲养成成虫,统计成虫数量,鉴定其种类及雌雄;以甲基丁香酚、98%诱蝇酮、自制食诱剂和糖醋酒混合液为引诱剂,以挂瓶方式在罗汉果园诱捕实蝇,10 d调查一次,收集统计诱捕到实蝇的数量,带回实验室鉴定其种类、雌雄,40 d更换一次引诱剂。[结果]虫果饲养出的成虫数量在10月中下旬达到峰值,含南亚果实蝇、瓜实蝇、橘小实蝇3种;不同引诱剂对实蝇的诱捕效果有显著差异,糖醋酒混合液试验期间诱捕总数最多,达5781头,其次为98%诱蝇酮、自制食诱剂及甲基丁香酚诱捕总量分别为1275、1265、616头,糖醋酒混合液对雌性实蝇有较好的引诱效果,占组内诱捕量的51.44%,占诱捕总量33.30%;自制食诱剂诱捕雌性实蝇仅占诱捕总数的4.53%;甲基丁香酚及98%诱蝇酮仅对雄性实蝇有引诱效果,鉴定结果表明,罗汉果园有4种果实蝇,分别是南亚果实蝇、瓜实蝇、橘小实蝇和具条实蝇。[结论]罗汉果果期实蝇危害高峰从9月下旬开始,10月中旬达到峰值,11月中下旬到达尾声;糖醋酒混合液对罗汉果实蝇的诱捕效果最佳,且对雌性实蝇引诱效果较好,诱捕实蝇种类最多。
[Objective]The occurrence regularity of fruit flies in Siraitia grosvenorii fruit stage was investigated,and the attractive effects of four different attractants on fruit flies were compared.[Method]Damaged fruit by fruit flies in the fixed area of the non-trapped test area were collected regularly,the number of them was counted.And brought back to the laboratory and raise adults.Fruit flies were trapped in Siraitia grosvenorii orchard with four kinds of attractants,such as methyl eugenol,98%cuelure,self-made food attractant and the mixture of sucrose,vinegar and liqueur.Replace the attractant once every 40 days.The fruit flies were investigated and collected every 10 days,and the number of fruit flies was counted.Then take it back to the laboratory to count the number and identify its species,male and female.[Result]The number of adults raised by damaged fruit reached a peak in mid-to-late October.3 species of fruit flies were identified from adults raised by damaged fruit,Bactrocera tau,Bactrocera cucurbitae and Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel).Different attractants attractive effects of Siraitia grosvenorii fruit flies had significant differences.5,781 fruit flies were traped during the test with mixture of sucrose,vinegar and liqueur,followed by 98%cuelure,self-made food attractant and methyleugenol trapped 1,275,1,265,616,respectively;the mixture of sucrose,vinegar and liqueur had good attractive effects to the female fruit flies,accounted for 51.44%of female within the group and 33.30%in total trapped;the percentage of female trapped by the self-made food attractant only accounted for 4.53%of the total number.Methyleugenol and 98%cuelure only had attractive effects on male fruit flies.There were 4 species of fruit flies in Siraitia grosvenorii orchard,including Bactrocera tau,Bactrocera cucurbitae,Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)and Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)scutellata(Hendel).[Conclusion]The peak of fruit flies hazards in Siraitia grosvenorii fruit begin in late September,reach the peak in mid-october,and reach the end in mid-late November.The mixture of sucrose,vinegar and liqueur has the best attractive effects on fruit flies in Siraitia grosvenorii fruit stage in all attractants we selected,with good attractive effects on the female fruit flies and trapped more species of fruit flies.
