摘要
通过研究不同砧木规格、不同接穗径级、不同嫁接方法以及不同嫁接时期对白木香嫁接成活率的影响,筛选出最优的嫁接处理组合,为繁殖及推广白木香优良品系提供理论基础。试验结果表明;白木香嫁接成活率随着砧木径级和接穗径级的增加而升高,砧木地径>0.6cm时嫁接成活率达到90%以上,接穗芽长可达33cm以上;互接法、切接法和劈接法嫁接成活率均高于90%,实际生产中采取操作简单成活率高的劈接法为主,切接和互接为辅;秋冬季节嫁接成活率为90%以上,嫁接时期以秋冬为宜。
By studying the effects of different rootstock specifications,different scion diameter grades,different grafting methods and different grafting periods on the survival rate of Aquilaria sinensis grafted,the optimal grafting treatment combination was screened to provide a theoretical basis for the propagation and promotion of a single plant of Aquilaria sinensis resistance. The test results showed that the graft survival rate increased with the increase of rootstock diameter class and scion diameter. The thicker the rootstock diameter,the better the growth of grafted seedlings. The high lignified scion can significantly increase the grafted seedling survival rate;The survival rate of grafting by cutting and splitting is higher than 90%. In actual production, the splitting method with simple operation and high survival rate is adopted as the main method,supplemented by cutting and mutual grafting;the grafting survival rate in autumn and winter is significantly higher than that in spring. In summer, autumn and winter are suitable for grafting.
