摘要
为了缓解医院周边道路交通问题,使患者就医环境更加舒适便捷、道路更加畅通有序,以北京市首都儿科研究所为例,阐述了医院周边道路交通拥堵及停车困难的现状,从去往医院车辆的出行特征、医院周边道路交通组织、医院周边停车场车位供需及利用等方面对问题产生的原因进行了详细分析,并以近期、远期结合的方式提出改善对策,包括交通组织、交通设施、预约出行、交通管理、错时停车共享5个方面的内容,利用Vissim仿真软件对改善后医院周边道路交叉口及路段的运行效果进行了评价。结果表明,这些改善对策是行之有效的。
Capital Institute of Pediatrics is studied as a case in order to alleviate the traffic problems around the hospital,making the environment more comfortable and convenient,and the road smoother and more orderly.Firstly,the current situation of road traffic congestion and parking difficulties around the hospital is described.Secondly,the reasons for the problems are analyzed in detail from the travel characteristics of vehicles to the hospital,road traffic organization around the hospital,supply and demand and utilization of parking spaces in the hospital and surrounding parking lots.Finally,in order to solve the traffic problems,the improvement measures are put forward from the short-term and long-term aspects.The improvement measures include traffic organization,traffic facilities,travel reservation,traffic management,parking time sharing.Vissim is used to evaluate the operation effect of the road intersections and road sections around the improved hospital.The results show that the improvement measures for the problems are effective.
