摘要
目的分析系统化优质护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者术后恢复和生活质量的影响。方法将108例行子宫肌瘤手术的患者随机分为对照组(n=54,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=54,系统化优质护理干预)。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、恢复正常饮食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后24 h VAS评分和术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS和PSQI评分均低于对照组,GCQ评分、GQOL-74各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化优质护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者的护理效果显著,能促进患者术后恢复,提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effects of systematic high quality nursing intervention on postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=54,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=54,systematic high quality nursing intervention).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The first time of getting out of bed,the time of returning to normal diet and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS score at 24 h after operation and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the GCQ and GQOL-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic high quality nursing intervention has a significant nursing effect on patients with uterine fibroids,which can promote the postoperative recovery,and improve quality of life.
