摘要
目的探讨居家运动康复在冠心病患者介入术后的应用效果。方法将200例冠心病介入术后患者根据抽签分组法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规康复方法,观察组给予居家运动康复方法。比较两组的应用效果。结果护理后,两组的LVEF、LVEDD、6 min步行距离均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS和SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的运动依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论居家运动康复应用于冠心病患者介入术后,可改善患者心功能指标,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者运动依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of home-based exercise rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery were divided into control group and observation group by the method of drawing lots,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation method,and the observation group was given home-based exercise rehabilitation method.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,LVEF,LVEDD and 6 min walking distance in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of exercise compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The home-based exercise rehabilitation applied in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery can improve the cardiac function indexes,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the exercise compliance of patients.
