肿瘤干细胞在妇科肿瘤中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 妇科肿瘤(Gynecologic Oncology)是威胁女性生命健康的杀手,且发病率居高不下,呈逐年增长的趋势。妇科肿瘤的发生、发展以及转移的机制一直是国内外研究的重点。肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤中是一小部分有着干细胞特性的细胞组织群,其自身有着更新和分裂增殖的功能,可以生成分化程度不同的肿瘤细胞,维持肿瘤的不断生长,且对传统放化疗会产生抑制作用的一类肿瘤细胞,在肿瘤的发生、肿瘤的进展、肿瘤的转移以及产生耐药的一系列过程中均发挥着作用。基于此,本文对肿瘤干细胞与癌症的关系及其在妇科肿瘤中的研究进行综述。
