摘要
随着近些年来我国工业化技术的不断发展,我国的工业化水平也得到了显著提高,与此同时,工业的发展对于天然气这种相对环保的能源的需求用量也在逐年增加。对于天然气能源的运输而言,管道运输是相对实用且损耗量低的运输方式,通过管道运输可以有效降低能源的运输成本和进行运输的安全保证。在高压天然气的运输过程中,管道的焊接工艺选择一直以来都是影响高压天然气运输效率的关键因素,因此,在进行高压天然气的运输管道设计时,必须深入探讨高压天然气管道焊接工艺的选择,选择恰当的高压天然气管道焊接技术,确保高压天然气管道的高效化质量管理。
With the continuous development of my country’s industrialization technology in recent years,my country’s industrialization level has also been significantly improved.At the same time,the demand for relatively environmentally friendly energy,such as natural gas,is increasing year by year in the development of industry.For the transportation of natural gas energy,pipeline transportation is a relatively practical and low-loss transportation method.Pipeline transportation can effectively reduce the transportation cost of energy and ensure the safety of transportation.During the transportation of high-pressure natural gas,the selection of the welding process of the pipeline has always been a key factor affecting the efficiency of the transportation of high-pressure natural gas.Therefore,when designing the transportation pipeline of high-pressure natural gas,the selection and selection of the welding process of the high-pressure natural gas pipeline must be thoroughly discussed.Appropriate welding technology of high-pressure natural gas pipelines ensures efficient quality management of high-pressure natural gas pipelines.
