摘要
妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进症属高危妊娠,对母婴健康存在潜在威胁。该文在文献回顾的基础上对妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进症进行概述,并介绍其对孕妇和胎儿的不良影响,在结合临床实践的基础上总结该疾病的基础护理、心理护理和特殊护理的要点,同时提出具有针对性的预防措施,以期减少孕期并发症发生,保障母体和胎儿的健康,对临产护理工作提供相应的指导和帮助。
Hyperthyroidism during pregnancy is a high-risk pregnancy,which has potential threat to maternal and infant health.On the basis of literature review,this paper summarizes pregnancy hyperthyroidism,and introduces its adverse effects on pregnant women and fetus.Based on clinical practice,it summarizes the key points of basic nursing,psychological nursing and special nursing of the disease,and puts forward targeted preventive measures,so as to reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications and ensure the health of mother and fetus To provide corresponding guidance and help for labor nursing.
