摘要
新生儿黄疸是临床儿科的常见疾病,由于黄疸的患儿消化系统尚未完善,刚出生时免疫功能低下,所以容易发展为核黄疸,对听力以及智力造成一定的损害。该文回顾了新生儿黄疸的现况,并针对目前国内外采用的护理方案,从抚触护理、光疗护理、游泳、中药药浴、中医穴位按摩等方面探讨早期护理干预对黄疸患儿预后的影响,以期为减少并发症,促进疾病治愈提供可参考的依据。
Neonatal jaundice is a common disease in clinical pediatrics.As the digestive system of jaundice children is not yet perfect,the immune function is low at birth,so it is easy to develop into nuclear jaundice,causing certain damage to hearing and intelligence.This paper reviews the current status of neonatal jaundice and used at home and abroad for nursing plans,from touch nursing,phototherapy,swimming,herbal medicine bath,Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage,etc.To explore the early nursing intervention's influence on the prognosis of children with jaundice,so as to reduce complications,promote disease cure provides reference basis。
