摘要
目的:探讨超早期(术后12 h)心脏康复结合间歇有氧运动对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后患者心功能、运动耐力的影响。方法:选取我院2018年5月至2019年7月收治的127例冠心病PCI术后患者为研究对象,使用简单随机化法将其分为试验组(63例)和对照组(64例)。对照组采用间歇有氧运动干预,试验组采用超早期(术后12 h)心脏康复结合间歇有氧运动干预,连续干预至患者出院,比较两组心功能、运动耐力。结果:干预后,试验组左室射血分数、每分钟输出量、每博量高于对照组(P<0.05);峰值摄氧量、无氧阈、峰值功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超早期(术后12 h)心脏康复结合间歇有氧运动能够显著改善冠心病PCI术后患者机体的运动耐力,提高心功能水平。
Objective:To investigate the effects of ultra-early(12h postoperative)cardiac rehabilitation combined with intermittent aerobic exercise on cardiac function and exercise endurance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 127 patients with CHD after PCI treated in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group(63 cases)and control group(64 cases)using simple randomization method.The control group used intermittent aerobic exercise intervention,and the experimental group used ultra-early(12 h postoperative)cardiac rehabilitation combined with intermittent aerobic exercise intervention.The intervention was continuously implemented until the patient was discharged,and the cardiac function and exercise endurance were compared in the two groups.Results:After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction,output per minute,and stroke volume in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the peak oxygen uptake,anaerobic threshold,and peak power were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-early(12 h postoperative)cardiac rehabilitation combined with intermittent aerobic exercise can significantly improve the exercise endurance and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
