摘要
糖尿病患者的病耻感作为一种复杂的社会心理问题,近年来得到了全世界的广泛关注,相关评估工具得到了一定的发展,但尚未形成统一的标准。笔者综述了国内外报道的糖尿病患者的病耻感评估工具,介绍各个评估工具的应用和特点,并总结现有评估工具的局限性,为进一步开发和完善糖尿病患者的病耻感测评工具和应用研究提供借鉴和参考。
As a complex social and psychological problem,the stigma of diabetic patients has received widespread attention all over the world in recent years,and related assessment tools have been developed to some extent,but a unified standard has not yet been formed.The author summarizes the reported stigma evaluation tools for diabetic patients at home and abroad,introduces the application and characteristics of each evaluation tool,and summarizes the limitations of the existing evaluation tools to further develop and improve the stigma evaluation tools and applications for diabetic patients Research provides reference and reference.
