1995—2016年间南昌市建成区范围时空变化特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着城镇化进程不断推进,分析具有人类活动的城市建成区的时空变化对了解城市的发展具有重要意义,可为城市规划提供科学依据。结合Landsat卫星影像与夜间灯光数据,提取具有大量人类活动的建成区范围,有效的剔除建成区中“空城”区,最后分析1995—2016年南昌市建成区范围的时空变化特征。结果表明,1995—2001年间南昌市建成区范围面积增长与扩展速度较缓慢,而在2001—2006年间呈现爆发式增长,2006—2016年虽然增长率趋缓,但其面积的增长幅度仍然较大;2006年之后,在南昌市建成区面积持续增长的同时,建成区的分形维度逐渐降低,紧凑度指数持续升高,表明区域边界趋于整齐规则,且南昌市已开发土地的利用效率有所提高。20年间南昌市建成区的发展重心,前10年是向南昌市西北区域(红谷滩新区、昌北经开区等地)发展,而后10年逐步转向西部偏南区域(朝阳新城、九龙湖片区等地)发展,逐步形成相对均衡的多翼状发展态势。 With the continuous advancement of urbanization, it is great significance for providing a scientific support for urban planning by analyzing spatial and temporal changes of urban built-up areas with population activities. Landsat satellite images and nighttime lighting data were used to extract the built-up regions of Nanchang in order to eliminate the "empty city" region within the built-up area effectively. And then, the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the built-up areas of Nanchang were analyzed for the past 20 years(1995-2016). The results show that the growth and expansion rate of built-up areas became slow in the 1995-2001, and showed an explosive growth during the period of 2001 to 2006. Although the growth rate tends to be much slower in the next ten years(2006-2016), the total area was still growing. After 2006, as the build-up regions continued to grow, the fractal dimension of built-up regions gradually decreased, and the compactness index continued to increase, which indicates that the regional boundary tended to be neat, and the utilization efficiency of the developed land improved. The main development areas had focused on the northwestern region of Nanchang, including Honggutan new district, Changbei economic development zone, etc. However, it has gradually been turning to the southwestern regions for last ten years, such as Chaoyang new city, Jiulonghu district, etc. Urbanization development in Nanchang city has gradually shown as a relatively balanced multi-wing trend.
