摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预应用于宫腔镜手术患者护理中的效果。方法选取因异常子宫出血、子宫内膜息肉、不孕症、子宫腔内黏连等在本院妇科实施宫腔镜手术的100例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。两组治疗方案均采用宫腔镜手术,观察组在行宫腔镜手术术前、术中以及术后给予个性化护理干预措施,对照组在行宫腔镜手术中给予常规护理措施,观察记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生情况,通过自行拟定的调查问卷,对比其焦虑值、抑郁值、护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生率、患者焦虑值与抑郁值均明显低于对照组患者,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在宫腔镜手术中予以个性化护理干预效果显著,能有效缓解患者的心理紧张情绪,早期识别及采取措施防范并发症的发生,有效提高手术效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery and to improve the therapeutic effect and satisfaction.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with hysteroscopic surgery,the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention before,during and after hysteroscopic surgery,and the control group was given routine nursing measures during hysteroscopic surgery.The time of operation and the amount of intraoperative bleeding were observed and recorded in the two groups The anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction were compared by self-designed questionnaire.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,complications,anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention in hysteroscopic surgery can effectively relieve psychological tension,identify and take measures to prevent complications,and improve the effect of operation.
