摘要
张从正临证治疗疑难杂症以攻邪思想为指导,认为病由邪生,论治疾病注重祛邪,邪去则正安。治疗上灵活运用汗、下、吐三法;创新应用外治法治疗疑难杂症;发挥《内经》情志相胜思想和"惊者平之"的思想治疗情志病;基于攻邪思想治疗急症着眼于速,开创了中医急诊的先河。张从正的疑难杂症治疗经验为现代中医治疗疑难病证提供了先驱思路。
ZHANG Congzheng’s treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases is guided by the theory of eliminating pathogenic factor.He believed that diseases were generated by pathogenic factors,and focused on dispelling pathogenic factors in the treatment of diseases.In the treatment,the three methods of diaphoresis,purgative and emesis were applied flexibly.The external treatment method was innovated to treat difficult and miscellaneous diseases.The theory of emotion inter-resistance of Neijing and the theory of treating fright by calming were used to treat emotional diseases.Based on the idea of eliminating pathogenic factor and treating emergency with speed,he had pioneered the emergency treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHANG Congzheng’s clinical experience in the treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases has set a crucial precedent for modern Chinese medicine.
