摘要
以沸石-咪唑型金属有机框架ZIF-8为气相色谱固定相,研究了其对环己烷、正己烷、正庚烷、正辛烷、正癸烷和正十一烷等六种烷烃混合物的分离能力并讨论了环己烷的分离机理。合成材料经溶剂热法制备并以红外光谱、粉末X-射线衍射及扫描电镜表征其结构与形貌。混合烃分离采用气相色谱法。结果表明,以ZIF-8为固定相的色谱柱不仅对直链烷烃有良好的分离选择性,同时实现了环己烷和5种直链烷烃的基线分离。6种组分的色谱出峰顺序说明ZIF-8对6种混合烃的分离不仅由于固定相空间结构的分子筛作用,固定相与分离对象间的色散及诱导作用是环己烷与直链烷烃分离的主要因素。
In this paper,the six alkane mixtures of cyclohexane,n-hexane,n-heptane,n-octane,n-decane and n-undecane were separated by gas chromatography with zeolitic imidazolate frameworks( ZIF-8) as stationary phase,and the separation mechanism of cyclohexane were discussed. ZIF-8 was synthesized by solvent-thermal method,its structure and morphology were determined by infrared spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The separation of mixed hydrocarbons was finished by gas chromatography. The results showed that ZIF-8 column not only had good selectivity for the separation of straight-chain alkanes,but also realized the baseline separation of cyclohexane and five kinds of straight-chain alkanes. The peak sequence of six alkanes on gas chromatography showed that the separation of six hydrocarbons by ZIF-8 was not only for the molecular sieve effect of the stationary phase’s spatial structure,but also dued to the dispersion and induction interaction between the stationary phase and the separation objects.
