摘要
目的观察分析湿润烧伤膏在肛周脓肿术后创面治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年7月成飞医院普外科收治的120例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,并根据术后干预方法将其分为试验组(60例)与对照组(60例),试验组患者于肛周脓肿根治术后行湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,对照组患者于肛周脓肿根治术后行凡士林油纱换药治疗,对比两组患者术后创面疼痛情况、住院时间及创面愈合时间。结果试验组患者术后第1、2、3天创面视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均明显低于对照组(t=4.763、5.310、13.730,P均=0.000),住院时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(t=12.220、5.466,P均=0.000)。结论湿润烧伤膏可有效减轻肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛,促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of MEBO in the treatment of postoperative wounds of perianal abscess.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with perianal abscesses,admitted to Department of General Surgery of Chengfei Hospital from February 2018 to July 2019,were selected as research subjects and were divided,accord⁃ing to the different postoperative interventions they received,into an experiment group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases).Patients in the experiment group were given dressing change with MEBO after the radical resection of perianal abscess,while patients in the control group received dressing change with Vaseline gauze after the operation.Wound pain after the operation,duration of hospital stay and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the patients on day 1,day 2 and day 3 after the operation in the experiment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(t=4.763,5.310 and 13.730,all P=0.000).The duration of hos⁃pital stay and wound healing time in the experiment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(t=12.220,5.466,both P=0.000).Conclusion MEBO can effectively reduce postoperative wound pain of perianal abscess,promote wound healing,and shorten wound healing time,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
