中药油膏治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比分析中药油膏在急性放射性皮肤损伤中的治疗效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月辽宁省健康产业集团核工业总医院收治的50例Ⅱ~Ⅳ级急性放射性皮肤损伤患者作为研究对象,并按照治疗方法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组25例。试验组患者局部创面采用自制中药油膏治疗,对照组患者局部创面采用庆大霉素联合康复新治疗,对比两组患者创面愈合时间。结果最终两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中试验组患者创面愈合时间为(11.62±4.65) d,明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(18.42±8.39) d (t=3.544,P=0.001)。结论自制中药油膏可有效促进急性放射性皮肤损伤创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of a traditional Chinese medicine ointment on radiation⁃induced acute skin injury.Methods Fifty patients with gradeⅡtoⅣradiation⁃induced acute skin injuries,admitted to The General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group Nuclear Industry from July 2017 to July 2019,were selected as research subjects to be divided,according to their different treatments,into an experiment group and a control group,25 cases each group.The wounds of patients in the experiment group were treated with a hospital⁃made TCM ointment whereas the wounds of patients in the control group were treated with Gentamicin in combination with Kangfuxin solution.The wound healing time was compared between the two groups.Results In the end,all wounds of patients in the two groups were healed completely.The wound healing time in the experiment group was(11.62±4.65)d,significantly shorter than(18.42±8.39)d in the control group(t=3.544,P=0.001).Conclusion The hospital⁃made TCM ointment can promote the healing of radiation⁃induced acute skin injury and shorten the wound healing time,presenting a high value of clinical application.
