摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂对水化硅酸钙粉体进行表面改性,确定特定干法改性工艺下硅烷偶联剂的最佳用量为1%,通过红外光谱对表面改性结果进行了验证;并对不同掺量滑石粉、未改性水化硅酸钙和改性水化硅酸钙对聚氨酯涂膜性能的改善效果进行对比,通过数码显微镜下涂膜的观察,对改善机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,以改性水化硅酸钙为填料制备的环保型聚氨酯地坪涂料性能优异,符合HG/T 3829—2006《地坪涂料》标准要求。
Use silane coupling agent to modify the surface of hydrated calcium silicate powder,determine the optimal amount of silane coupling agent under the specific dry modification process to be 1%,and the surface modification result is verified by infrared spectroscopy.The improvement effects of different content of talcum powder,unmodified hydrated calcium silicate and modified hydrated calcium silicate on the performance of polyurethane coatings were compared.The improvement mechanism was analyzed through observation of the coating film under a digital microscope.The test results show that the environmentally friendly polyurethane floor coating prepared with modified hydrated calcium silicate as the filler has excellent performance and meets the requirements of the standard HG/T 3829—2006"Floor Coatings".
