摘要
在我国建筑工程行业快速发展的背景下,很多目前存在着的不足也得以显露,相比较于发达国家,我国的建筑施工水平还处于劣势,同时在很多时候都存在着严重的质量问题,之所以会如此主要就是因为在建筑工程管理中没有对施工管理控制进行应用,部分相关领导忽视了施工管理控制的重要性,导致建筑的质量无法满足现实需求、达到具体标准。据此,该文分析了建筑工程管理中施工管理控制的应用问题,希望能够对现实有所裨益。
In the context of the rapid development of China’s construction engineering industry,many current deficiencies have also been revealed.Compared with developed countries,China’s construction level is still at a disadvantage.At the same time,there are serious quality problems in many cases.The reason for this is mainly because construction management control is not applied in construction engineering management,and some relevant leaders neglect the importance of construction management control,resulting in the construction quality not meeting the actual needs and reaching specific standards.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of construction management control in construction engineering management,hoping to be of benefit to reality.
