摘要
目的:探寻中小幼班主任工作压力与心理生活质量的关系,考察主观幸福感在其中所起的中介作用。方法:采用"工作压力问卷""心理生活质量评价问卷""总体幸福感量表"对广东省325名中小学、幼儿园班主任进行问卷调查。结果:(1)中小幼班主任工作压力、主观幸福感与心理生活质量之间两两相关显著;(2)工作压力总分、身心特征因子对心理生活质量具有显著负向预测作用(F=42.307,P<0.001);(3)主观幸福感总分对心理生活质量具有显著正向预测作用(t=9.312,P<0.001)。结论:中小幼班主任主观幸福感在工作压力对心理生活质量的影响中起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationships between primary and secondary school and kindergarten class directors’work stress and quality of mental life,and examine the mediating effects the subjective well-being.Methods:The measure of this study was including the"Work-Pressure Questionnaires of Teachers in Primary&Middle Schools""quality of mental life inventory""General Well-Being Schedule".A total of 325 primary and secondary school and kindergarten class directors in Guangdong province were investigated.Results:(1)Primary and secondary school and kindergarten class directors’work stress and quality of mental life were significantly correlated to subjective well-being respectively;(2)The work stress and physical and mental characteristics could significantly negatively predict quality of mental life(F=42.307,P<0.001);(3)The total score of subjective well-being could significantly positively predict quality of mental life(t=9.312,P<0.001);Conclusion:The subjective well-being has a partial intermediary effect between work stress and quality of mental life in primary and secondary school and kindergarten class directors.
