大学生社会支持与就业焦虑的关系:自我效能感的中介作用 被引量:22

Relationship between college students’social support and employment anxiety:Mediating effects of self-efficacy

摘要 目的:探讨大学生社会支持对就业焦虑的影响,以及自我效能感的中介作用。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、就业焦虑量表、一般自我效能量表通过网络调查收回有效问卷449份。结果:社会支持与就业焦虑显著负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.01),社会支持与自我效能感显著正相关(r=0.313,P<0.01),自我效能感与就业焦虑显著负相关(r=-0.309,P<0.01)。自我效能感在社会支持和就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的18.1%。结论:大学生社会支持既可以直接影响就业焦虑,也可以通过自我效能感的中介作用对就业焦虑产生影响。 Objective:To explore the influence of social support on college students’employment anxiety and the mediating role of self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 449 valid questionnaires were collected through the network survey by using social support rating scale,employment anxiety scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between social support and employment anxiety(r=-0.371,P<0.01),a significant positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy(r=0.313,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and employment anxiety(r=-0.309,P<0.01).Self-efficacy played a part in mediating between social support and college students’employment anxiety,and the mediating effect accounted for 18.1%of the total effect.Conclusion:Social support of college students can directly influence employment anxiety,and it can also influence employment anxiety through the mediating effect of self-efficacy.
