摘要
为解决产品已有功能或模块不能满足用户需求的问题,提出了一种基于用户评价驱动的产品服务系统优化设计方法。通过对用户评价数据进行分析处理,转换输出为用户需求,将用户需求与现有产品服务系统中的产品模块和服务模块相匹配,结合不同模块的优化设计成本和重要度,构建优化设计模型。通过求解模型,识别出待优化模块,并对优化要素取值,最终对优化方案进行评价,并验证优化方案的有效性。以石墨烯热载体油电加热热水器的产品服务系统优化设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性,为产品服务系统的优化设计提供参考。
In order to solve problems that the some existed function or modules of product service system can not meet user requirements,an optimization design method of user evaluation driven product service system was proposed.The user evaluation data was analyzed to transform to user requirements.User requirements were matched to the current product module and service module in the existed product service system.An optimization design model was constructed combined with different optimization design costs and importance of different modules.The modules to be optimized were identified through solving models to evaluate optimization scheme.The effectiveness of optimization scheme was finally verified.The product service system optimization design of graphene heat carrier oil electric heating water heater was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of this method and provide references for optimization design of product service system.
