空气引射对燃烧室燃烧特性的影响

摘要 为了研究空气引射对航空发动机MILD燃烧特性的影响,用安装在空气扩压器壁面上的引射环缝开关,控制空气喷嘴的引射状态,研究不同燃油当量比下,空气射流速度对引射和无引射时燃烧特性和污染物排放的影响机制。结果表明,新型燃烧室的各项燃烧性能优良、NOx排放远低于常规燃烧室,对低污染燃烧室设计有工程应用价值。 In order to study the effect of air ejection on the combustion characteristics of aeroengine MILD,the air ejection conditions are controlled by a switch installed on the air diffuser wall.Numerical research of different fuel equivalent ratios,effect of air entrained injection on MILD combustion emission mechanism and characteristics have been researched by comparing air entrained injection with unentrained injection.The results show that the new combustion chamber has excellent combustion performance and its NOx emissions are much lower than that of conventional combustion chamber.There is some value of engineering applications to gas turbine of low pollution emissions.
