牙釉质车针打磨联合祛氟剂、Beyond冷光美白技术治疗中度氟斑牙患者的疗效评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究牙釉质车针打磨联合祛氟剂、Beyond冷光美白技术治疗中度氟斑牙患者的疗效。方法选取我院2018年5月~2019年9月中度氟斑牙患者94例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各47例。对照组给予祛氟剂联合Beyond冷光美白技术治疗,观察组给予牙釉质车针打磨联合祛氟剂、Beyond冷光美白技术治疗。对比两组治疗结束时、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月美白疗效及牙敏感度及治疗前、治疗结束后牙齿粗糙度、显微硬度。结果治疗结束时、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月观察组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组牙敏感度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后两组牙齿粗糙度低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组显微硬度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙釉质车针打磨联合祛氟剂、Beyond冷光美白技术治疗中度氟斑牙患者,可提高美白效果,改善牙齿粗糙度,且对牙敏感度、显微硬度无影响。 Objective To explore the curative effect of dental enamel polishing combined with fluoride removal agent and Beyond cold light whitening technology in the treatment of patients with moderate dental fluorosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with moderate dental fluorosis in our hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment plans,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluoride removal agent combined with Beyond cold light whitening technology,and the observation group was treated with tooth enamel bur polishing combined with fluoride removal agent and Beyond cold light whitening technology.The whitening efficacy and tooth sensitivity at the end of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,as well as tooth roughness and microhardness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,the significant efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in tooth sensitivity between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the teeth roughness of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in microhardness between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Enamel bur polishing combined with fluoride removal agent and Beyond cold light whitening technology can treat patients with moderate dental fluorosis,which can improve the whitening effect and improve the roughness of teeth without affecting the sensitivity and microhardness of teeth.
