摘要
高等学校的人才培养质量与同伴效应密切相关。通过对安徽省6所高校教学分析发现,课堂教学过程中,同伴关系普遍存在,而且影响显著,影响类型表现为共同进步、负面干扰和潜移默化。课内学习和集体学习会直接影响学业成绩,相比于普通高校,“985”高校的正向激励更具优势,人文社科专业的负面干扰高于理工科专业,低年级的同学更易受到干扰。研究认为,应加强新生入学教育,课堂教师加强正向互动引导,利用同伴效应,营造良好的群体学习环境。
The quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities is closely related to peer effect.Through the teaching analysis of six colleges and universities in Anhui Province,it is found that peer relationship is widespread in the process of classroom teaching,and its influence is significant in the perspectives of common progress,negative interference and imperceptible influence.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,“985”universities have more advantages in positive motivation.The negative interference of humanities and social sciences is stronger than that of science and engineering,and lower grade students are more vulnerable to interference.It is suggested that the entrance education of freshmen and the positive interactive guidance in class should be strengthened,making use of peer effect to create a good group learning environment.
