摘要
目的分析探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)对新生儿细菌感染的诊断价值。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的感染性疾病新生儿160例,根据病理检查结果分为细菌感染组(n=80)和病毒感染组(n=80)。比较两组的血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP水平,并分析血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP对新生儿细菌感染的诊断效能。结果细菌感染组的血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP水平均高于病毒感染组(P <0.05)。血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP联合诊断新生儿细菌感染的灵敏度、特异度和准确度均高于各指标单一检测(P <0.05)。结论细菌感染新生儿血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP水平明显升高,血清PCT、 WBC、 CRP联合诊断新生儿细菌感染的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in neonatal bacterial infection.Methods 160 neonates with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into bacterial infection group(n=80)and virus infection group(n=80)according to the pathological examination results.The serum PCT,WBC and CRP levels were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of serum PCT,WBC and CRP in neonatal bacterial infection was analyzed.Results The serum PCT,WBC and CRP levels of the bacterial infection group were higher than those of the virus infection group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis of serum PCT,WBC and CRP in neonatal bacterial infection were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum PCT,WBC and CRP levels in neonates with bacterial infection increase significantly.The combined diagnosis of serum PCT,WBC and CRP has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in neonatal bacterial infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
