摘要
针对河南省水库除险加固效果评价在实际工程应用中还存在着不甚完善和合理的问题,提出病险水库除险加固效果需要定量指标对其进行客观评价.本文建立了水库大坝综合评价时效性指标的量化模型,对水库大坝时效性指标分别确定除险加固前后的实际值,分别判断其安全程度,结合除险加固前后该指标安全程度的提高程度和安全等级提升模型,确定安全等级提升系数和该时效性指标评价值,从而得到可对水库除险加固情况进行客观评价分析的量化指标.该模型可以用于水库大坝除险加固效果评价.
In view of the imperfect and reasonable problems in the practical engineering application of reservoir reinforcement effect evaluation in Henan Province,a quantitative criterion is put forward for the reinforcement effect evaluation of dangerous reservoirs in this paper.A quantitative model of timeliness index for comprehensive evaluation of reservoir dam is established,and the actual value of reservoir dam timeliness index before and after reinforcement is determined respectively.According to the safety degree values.the safety degree improvement degree and safety grade promotion model of the index before and after reinforcement are combined to calculate the safety improvement parameter and quantitative value.Thus,the quantitative index for the objective evaluation and analysis of the reservoir reinforcement is obtained.The model can be applied to evaluate the reinforcement effect of reservoirs.
