摘要
口腔是人体中多种病原微生物寄居数量最多的部位之一,在口腔诊疗过程中,口腔器械随时可能被带有大量病原微生物的唾液、血液等污染,成为多种传染性疾病的传播媒介,口腔器械使用时会接触患者大量的血液和唾液,属于口腔器械中的高危器械,必须经过严格的清洗、消毒、灭菌后才能使用。因此,严格彻底的器械消毒是预防和控制口腔医院感染的重要措施。随着口腔医疗行业的不断发展,口腔器械卫生规范化问题也受到了社会各界的广泛关注。口腔器械种类多、价格昂贵、污染严重,消毒灭菌处理相对困难,目前多采用消毒供应中心集中管理。该次研究对口腔器械消毒管理特点进行分析,针对口腔器械在消毒供应中心集中管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,为口腔器械集中管理提供借鉴。
The oral cavity is one of the parts with the largest number of pathogenic microorganisms in the human body.In the process of oral diagnosis and treatment,dental instruments may be contaminated with saliva and blood with a large number of pathogenic microorganisms at any time,which can act as a medium for spreading a variety of infectious diseases,the dental instruments will come into contact with a large amount of blood and saliva of the patient when it is used,which is a high-risk instrument in the dental instrument and must be strictly cleaned,disinfected and sterilized before it can be used.Therefore,strict and thorough disinfection of instruments is an important measure to prevent and control dental hospital infections.With the continuous development of the oral medical industry,the standardization of dental instruments hygiene has also received extensive attention from all walks of life.There are many types of dental instruments,with high prices,being seriously polluted,and disinfection and sterilization are relatively difficult.At present,disinfection supply centers are mostly used for centralized management.This study analyzes the characteristics of dental instrument disinfection management,conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems in the centralized management of dental instrument in the disinfection supply center,and proposes corresponding solutions to provide reference for the centralized management of dental instrument.
