摘要
氢燃料电池汽车(FCV)以其零排放的特点成为未来汽车的发展趋势,用于存储高压氢气的储氢气瓶是燃料电池汽车必不可少的关键零部件之一。归纳了Ⅳ型储氢气瓶研发所面临的关键技术难点,包括内胆原材料选型及成型工艺、密封结构设计、树脂改性研制、轻量化设计与纤维缠绕,并在此基础上分别介绍了国内外的研究现状。
Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle( FCV) has become the development trend of future vehicles with the characteristic of zero emission,and hydrogen storage vessel used for storing high-pressure hydrogen is one of the essential key components of FCV. This paper summarized the key technical difficulties in the development of type Ⅳ hydrogen storage vessel,including the selection and forming process of the liner raw materials,the design of the sealing structure,the development of resin modification,the lightweight design and the fiber winding,and introduced the research status of all the technical difficulties,respectively.
