华中地区并网火电机组一次调频合格率影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 电网频率的稳定性是保证电网安全运行的关键所在,机组一次调频的有效投入是作为保证电网频率稳定性的重要技术手段。依据新修订的华中区域"两个细则",结合近年来华中地区并网机组一次调频性能实际,分析了并网火电机组一次调频合格率较低的主要原因,并针对性地给出整改意见,以帮助电厂快速、有效地提升一次调频性能。 The stability of power grid frequency is the key to ensure the safe operation of power grid,and the effective input of primary frequency modulation is an important technical means to ensure the frequency stability of power grid.Based on the newly revised"Two Rules"for the region of central China,and combined with the actual performance of primary frequency modulation of grid-connected units in central China in recent years,this paper analyzes the main reason of low pass rate of primary frequency modulation of grid-connected thermal power units,and also puts forward corresponding rectification suggestions to help the power plant to improve the performance of primary frequency modulation quickly and effectively.
