摘要
锅炉热效率与NO x排放是相互制约的,能效与NO x排放耦合性的综合预测模型比单独预测模型更准确,也更有实用性。分析锅炉热效率和NO x排放的关联因素,寻出对二者有影响的耦合参数,使用平均影响值法进行筛选,提取对锅炉热效率和NO x排放都具有影响的参数作为输入量,用神经网络算法建立能效与排放综合预测模型,找出最佳隐含层神经元数目,并采用大量数据训练和验证,证明该网络对锅炉热效率与NO x排放耦合性具有很好的预测性能。
Boiler thermal efficiency and NO x emissions are mutually constrained.The comprehensive prediction model of coupling between energy efficiency and NO x emissions is more accurate and practical than the individual prediction model.The related factors of boiler thermal efficiency and NO x emission are analyzed.and The coupling parameters that affect the two are also ensured.The average impact value method is used to extract the parameters that affect the boiler thermal efficiency and NO x emissions as input.The comprehensive prediction model of energy efficiency and emission is established by the neural network,and the best number of neurons in the hidden layer is found.The model is trained and verified by a large amount of data,which proves that the neural network has good predictive performance for the coupling of boiler thermal efficiency and NO x emission.
