摘要
为研究保温结构及管径对海管内介质温度变化的影响,以海底单层保温配重管为例,根据传热学原理建立管内介质与海底环境传热的物理模型和数学模型,模拟海管内介质温度场的变化,并对影响热交换的因素进行分析。结果表明:海管管径越大、保温层厚度越大,海管内原油温度变化越小。
In order to study the influence of heat preservation structure and pipe diameter on the temperature change of the medium in the sea pipe,this paper takes the single⁃layer heat preservation weight pipe as an example,establishes the physical model and mathematical model of heat transfer between the medium in the pipe and the sea environment according to the principle of heat transfer,simulates the change of the temperature field of the medium in the sea pipe,and analyzes the factors affecting the heat exchange.The results show that the larger the diameter of the sea pipe,the greater the thickness of the insulating layer,the smaller the temperature change of the crude oil in the sea pipe.
