摘要
以一个典型的制造型企业为例,研究其维修部门的人员调度问题。通过对原始数据的分析,引入运营管理领域推崇的“数据驱动+”研究范式,确定了传统模型求解方法的局限性,对传统数据建模难以完成分析的部分,采用数据驱动的方法实现问题建模。通过对具体应用问题的建模和求解,验证了研究范式在面对复杂实际应用问题时的可行性和有效性。引入大数据分析技术,对研究问题的原始数据深入挖掘,提出更加丰富的扩展问题和解决方案,给出更加全面的管理启示。
This paper addresses a personnel scheduling problem in the maintenance department of a typical manufacturing company.While it is difficult to analyze with traditional mathematical modeling approach,we can use“data-driven+”research paradigm to break through the bottleneck of traditional modeling approach,e.g.parameters of the model.Using the real case,this novel research paradigm is validated to real-world problem-solving.In addition,the big data characteristics of its data nature,more extended problems are proposed based on data analysis,which will provide comprehensive solutions and managerial insights.
