摘要
介绍了在金属表面涂覆的金属-陶瓷复合材料,叙述了该材料的常用原料、流行工艺、使用案例,研讨了该材料的设计法则。在金属表面涂覆金属-陶瓷防护层,不仅简单、可行、经济,还可有效提高金属材料的耐磨、耐热和抗氧化性,能够大幅改善金属材料的使用效果。
Metal-ceramic composite materials coated on metal surface were introduced.The related common raw materials,popular processes and application cases of the materials were mentioned,and the design rules of the materials were discussed.Coating a metal-ceramic protective layer on metal surface was not only simple,practicable and economical,but also effective to reinforce the wear resistance,the heat resistance and the oxidation resistance of metal materials,improving the performance of the metal materials.
