摘要
耐火材料生产过程中会产生颗粒物、SO2和NOx等大气污染物,须进行深度治理。以某耐火材料公司为例,针对耐火材料企业在深度治理过程中存在的因设备配置和催化剂选择不当而导致的不能达标排放的问题,首先介绍了其原有烟气治理工艺未达标排放的情况,然后介绍了清华大学烟气治理专家团队对其原有烟气治理工艺进行的诊断分析和提出的改造升级建议,以及按清华大学烟气治理专家团队的建议实施烟气治理工艺改造升级后达标排放的情况。同时,对耐火材料企业在大气污染物深度治理工作应注意的问题提出了建议。
Air pollutants such as dust particles,SO2 and NOx are produced during the refractory production,which must be treated in depth.To address issues of substandard emissions during the deep treatment because of improper configuration of facilities and catalysts,the original flue gas treatment process in a refractory enterprise was first introduced,and then the diagnosis,analysis,and the upgrading recommendations by the expert team from Tsinghua University,as well as the standard emission after the transformation and upgrading of the flue gas treatment process were expounded.Suggestions on the management of flue gas deep treatment were also put forward.
