声固耦合系统的某消声器结构性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 消声器是排气系统的末端,若是壳体开裂会泄漏高温气体甚至火星,这种情况在危险品运输车上应极力避免。为了探究某消声器在声腔与结构相互作用下的结构性能,根据实物用有限元法建立了结构和声腔的三维模型,使用Virtual.Lab软件建立了声固耦合模型并进行计算分析,对结构模态的频率和变形位置以及耦合模态中频率和振型的变化进行了详细分析。结果表明:耦合作用会影响原结构各阶模态的频率值及振型;其中一个系统在模态频率处振动会引起另一个系统产生振动,二者的相互作用就会影响原系统的模态频率和振型特征;第1阶耦合模态频率113.337 Hz大于发动机激励频率106.67 Hz,不会发生共振。 Muffler is the end of the exhaust system.It will leak high temperature gas or even Mars if the shell cracks.This situation should be avoided on the dangerous goods transportation vehicle.To investigate the structural performance of a muffler under the interaction of the acoustic cavity and the structure,the author established a 3D model of the structure and the acoustic cavity based on the physical object,and used Virtual.Lab to establish a sound-solid coupling model and perform calculation and analysis.The frequency and deformation position of the state and the change of frequency and mode in the coupled mode are analyzed in detail.The results show that the coupling effect will affect the frequency value and mode of each mode of the original structure;vibration of one system at the modal frequency will cause vibration of the other system,and the interaction of the two will affect the mode of the original system Frequency and mode characteristics;the first-order coupled mode frequency 113.337 Hz is greater than the engine excitation frequency 106.67 Hz,and resonance will not occur.
