摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的全球蔓延给全世界带来了巨大困扰。在应对疫情挑战过程中,许多国际组织都发挥了积极的作用。其中,在打击因疫情而引发的各种犯罪活动方面,作为全球成员国数量仅次于联合国的国际刑警组织反应迅速,在充分掌握疫情期间全球犯罪活动的主要形式和动态的基础上,该组织及时采取措施,有效协调各方行动,共同遏制了疫情期间跨国犯罪的增长势头,并为今后国际社会共同应对大型自然灾害引发的各种犯罪行为积累了宝贵的经验。国际刑警组织在疫情期间的出色表现有力地证明,在各种非传统安全问题层出不穷的当今世界,只有坚持多边主义、加强国际协调才是最佳应对选择.
The global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused great concern around the world.Many international organizations have played an active role in addressing the challenges of the epidemic.Among them,the ICPO,an international organization with member states second only to the UN,reacted swiftly to strike at many criminal activities incurred by the disease.By fully grasping the main criminal types and dynamics during the COVID-19,ICPO leveraged its advantages to adopt a series of measures to coordinate the counter actions against the COVID-19 related crimes.The quick respond of the ICPO not only effectively repressed cross-border crimes,but also provided valuable lessons for the international community in responding to future crimes during large natural disasters.It has been proven that in today's world where unconventional security problems are emerging constantly,multilateralism and international coordination are still the best way to address these challenges.
