摘要
目的评估微针点阵射频及多极聚焦射频治疗萎缩纹的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年12月至2019年4月姜缩纹女性患者33例,根据治疗方法不同,分为微针点阵射频组(16例)和多极聚焦射频组(17例),观察患者治疗前后萎缩纹的颜色、深度、租糙度、面积及宽度的变化,并记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果微针点阵射频组患者萎缩纹颜色、深度、粗糙度、宽度、面积比治疗前改善.(P<0.05)。多极聚焦射频组萎缩纹颜色、深度、粗糙度比治疗前改善(P<0.05),但萎缩纹宽度和面积无明显的变化(P>0.05)。微针点阵射频对萎缩纹的颜色、深度、租糙度、宽度、面积改善效果均优于多极聚焦射频组(P<0.05),但治疗过程中疼痛评分高于多极聚焦射频组(P<0.05)。微针点阵射频组的总体有效率和显效率比多极聚焦射频组高(P<0.05)。结论微针点阵射频对萎缩纹的改善效果优于多极聚焦射频,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical eficacy and safery of microneedle fractional radio-frequency and multipole focused radio-frequency for the treatment of sriae atrophicae.Methods A total of 33 female patients with striac atrophicae who were treated in the dermatology clinic of Zhejiang Province People's Hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into microneedle fractional radio-frequency group(16 cases)and multipole focused radio-frequency group(17 cases),the color,depth,roughness,area and width of the striae arophicae were observed before and after treatment,and the related adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment.Results The color,depth,roughness,width,and area of the striae atrophicae in the patients with microneedle factional radio-frequency group were improved than before therapy(all P value<0.05).The color,depth,and roughness of the striae atrophicae in the mulipole focused radio-frequency group were improved compared with before treatment(all P value<0.05)。but the width and area of the striae atrophicae had no significant changes(both P value>0.05)。The fect of microneedle fractional radio-frequency on the improvement of the color,depth,roughness,width,and area of atrophie lines was better than mulipole focused radio-frequency(all P value<0.05),but the pain score was higher in microneedle fractional radio-frequency group(P value<0.05).Compared with the mulipole focused radio-frequency,the overall eficctive and apparent fficiency of the microneedle fractional nadio-frequency group was higher(both P value<0.05).Conclusion The improvement efect of microneedle fractional radio-frequency on striae gravidarum is better than mulipole focused radio-frequency,which has certain clinical applic ation value.
