摘要
针对现有建筑保温材料存在成分较复杂、生产工序较多、生产成本较高等问题,研发出一种生产工艺简单、生产成本较低的新型建筑保温材料。该材料选用废弃岩棉板和废弃玻璃等为原料,通过取料、粉碎、搅拌、成型和烘干等工序制得。其中,主要原料废弃岩棉板和废弃玻璃的粉碎是该材料制备过程中的关键环节,所采用的粉碎装置设计独特,实用性强。
The composition of existing building thermal insulation materials is relatively complex,the production process is complex,and the production cost is relatively high.This paper introduces a new building thermal insulation material with simple production process and low production cost.Waste rock wool board and waste glass were used as raw materials,which were prepared by taking the materials,crushing,stirring,molding and drying.The crushing of waste rock wool board and waste glass is the key link in the preparation process.The crushing device used is unique and practical.
