摘要
目的探讨微创穿刺治疗幼儿外伤性颅内出血的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月江西省儿童医院收治的80例外伤性颅内出血患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组患儿采用开颅手术,观察组患儿采用微创穿刺。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的手术时间、清醒时间及住院时间均短于对照组,血肿清除率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然幼儿外伤性颅内出血患者采用微创穿刺治疗的血肿清除率较低,但其操作较为简单,创伤小,利于术后恢复,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage in children.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used craniotomy and the observation group used minimally invasive puncture.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,awake time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the hematoma clearance rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the hematoma clearance rate of children with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage who are treated by minimally invasive puncture is lower,but it has relatively simple operation and small trauma,and it is conducive to postoperative recovery and has high safety.
