摘要
20世纪以来的中国有过两次社会教育实验高潮:第一次兴起于20世纪二三十年代,以民众教育实验为代表;第二次发生在改革开放以来,以当代社区教育实验为代表。两次社会教育实验高潮在实施背景、波及范围、领导与参与主体、规范性和系统性程度、结合实际和资源整合等方面,呈现出丰富的状态和差异的取向,在取得显著成效和良好影响的同时也存在着实验区分布不均衡、实验设计科学性不足、实施过程中和结果推广方面的困境。厘清社会教育实验的本质、实现社会教育实验的均衡发展及实验管理主体的多元化,增强实验的科学性,是我国社会教育实验的发展方向。
Since the 20th century,China has had two climax of social education experiment.The first set off in the 1920s and 1930s,represented by the public education experiment.The second emerged since the reform and opening up,represented by the contemporary community education experiment.The two climax of social education experiment show a wealth of states and different orientations in the implementation background,the scope of experiments,leadership and participants,the degree of standardization and systematization,combination with reality and resource integration.While achieving remarkable achievement and good effects,there are also problems of imbalanced distribution of experimental area,the less scientific experiment design,difficulties in implementation and the popularization of the results.The development direction of social education experiment in China is to clarify the essence of social education experiment,realize the balanced development of social education experiment and diversify the subjects of experiment management,and enhance the scientific nature of experiment.
