摘要 创面修复是一个复杂且严格遵循修复程序进行的过程,对于维持皮肤的屏障功能至关重要;在创面修复的过程中,如果受到一种或多种致病因素的作用,将会影响正常修复程序顺利进行,导致慢性难愈合创面的发生。创面的经久不愈不仅使患者遭受严重的身心不适和经济困扰,同时也耗费了医疗系统的大量资源。为解决这一难题,目前已经开展了大量的基础研究和临床应用研究,实施了一系列的临床诊疗方案。该综述通过回顾慢性难愈合创面的基础研究和临床应用进展,以期为慢性难愈合创面的研究及治疗提供可靠的理论依据和实践经验总结。 Wound repair is complicated.It strictly follows repair process and is very essential to maintain skin barrier function.In the process of wound repair,if affected by one or more pathogenic factors,it will affect the normal repair process,and then lead to the occurrence of chronic refractory wounds.The prolonged wound repair not only makes patients suffer from serious physical and mental discomfort and economic distress,but also consumes a lot of resources of the medical system.In order to solve this problem,a large number of basic researches and clinical application researches have been carried out,and a series of clinical diagnosis and treatment programs have been implemented.This article aims at providing reliable theoretical basis and practical experience summary for the research and treatment of chronic refractory wounds by reviewing the progress on basic researches and clinical applications of chronic refractory wounds.
