摘要
针对辛置矿马头门巷道断面较大,围岩应力分布复杂,易发生变形破坏的特点,根据现场实际情况,通过理论研究和数值模拟等方法分析了马头门发生破坏失稳的主要原因和锚杆索临时支护作用机理,提出采用主、被动组合支护方式对巷道全断面围岩进行加固和支护,使巷道顶板、两帮和底板加固的围岩形成整体加固拱,提高马头门围岩的承载能力。
In view of the large section of ingate roadway in Xinzhi Coal Mine,the stress distribution of surrounding rock was complex,and the deformation and failure were easy to occur,according to the actual situation of the site,the main reasons for the failure and instability of ingate and the mechanism of temporary supporting with anchor cable were analyzed by theoretical research and numerical simulation.The active and passive combined supporting method was proposed to reinforce and support the whole section surrounding rock of the roadway,so that the surrounding rock reinforced by the roof,two sides and floor of the roadway forms an integral reinforcement arch,and improved the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of ingate.
